Terms of Service

Traveler Passport is a platform that lets travelers share their stay preferences with hospitality operators. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

To use Traveler Passport you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Maintain only one account per person or business.

• Your data belongs to you. You own all the information you enter in your profile.
• Accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your data up to date and accurate, especially information related to allergies and medical needs.
• Sharing is always explicit. You choose who to share your information with. Every sharing action requires your active consent.
• You can delete your account at any time. Account deletion results in the removal of all your personal data per our privacy policy.

• Guest data may only be used to personalize the stay for which it was shared.
• Reselling, sharing with third parties, or using data for marketing purposes is strictly prohibited.
• You must delete guest data upon request from the guest.
• By using the platform, operators accept responsibility for GDPR and data protection compliance on their end, in their jurisdiction.

• The first 15 guest stays are free per property.
• After that, the Pro plan is $29/month per property.
• Subscriptions are managed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time.
• No refunds are issued for partial months. Trial usage is non-refundable.

The platform, design, and code belong to River House Group. Your personal data and preferences belong to you.

• The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
• River House Group's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, data deletion is governed by our privacy policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
